 Brian, Mary, and Tyler Stahl would like to welcome you to Middlecreek Farms, located in the beautiful Laurel Highlands of Southwestern Pennsylvania. Brian & I both grew up on a dairy farm and knew that we wanted cattle, but didn't want to be "tied down" with the demands of a full-time dairy. So our Longhorn journey began in 2001 when I bought Brian a Longhorn heifer for his birthday. One quickly turned into a small herd as a result of our growing love and passion for the breed. Over the last few years we have selected the best cattle that we could afford from some of the most respected breeders from across the country. We decided that the best way to produce top quality cattle was through a very selective AI program. In doing so, we have developed a quality foundation on which we can continue to build on.
